CV Sinar Baru Perkasa guarantees that each tank produced has passed a thorough witness processing by Pertamina-UPms V Technique Commissionaires. Each Tank has been tested using a hydrostatic test with 7 kg/cm2 force, to ensure the zero possibility of leakage in our tank production. Furthermore, the thickness of the wall from the tank has also been measured to be as exact standard as Pertamina's requirement. Therefore our product quality is 100 % guaranteed.

The welding procedure is in accordance to the approved and certified WPS (Welding Procedure Standard) MIGAS from MIGAS Department Jakarta.
Plate Material is using Mild Steel SS 400.
Every tank produced that has been inspected by PERTAMINA UPms V, is completed with PERTAMINA Certificate.
Welding Process using Mig-Mag Fluxcore :

Mig Mag welding uses flux core electrode, which avoid oxidation on both the welded area and Heat Affected Zone.
Low welding defect (low porosity and splatter)
Mig-Mag welding is more stabile and continuity is maintained, compared to stick welding process.
Flux Core wire has higher tensile strength compared to electrode stick, which results on stronger welding joints between the plates.
